Owner of Sally Daniel Training Group, Inc. has 20 years experience in training, consulting, group facilitation and employee development. She has worked with numerous corporations, and Federal, State and local government agencies, providing staff training, consulting, employee development and leadership resources.

Sally is a dynamic trainer with extensive classroom experience and designs and delivers training based on adult learning principles. As a member of an international training team for the consulting firm of Booz Allen Hamilton, Sally provided training & facilitation in a Consultant Team Skills course in five countries and the United States.

She has assisted many government agencies in developing and delivering successful leadership programs including National Archives/Presidential Libraries, USPS, USPIS, FDA & NIH. Corporate clients include, Aerotek, Booz/Allen/Hamilton, Booz & Co., Marriott International & T Rowe Price.

She believes the key to successful organization building is partnership: between management and employees, between the organization and its customers, and between consultant and client. Sally is certified in Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), FIRO-B, Change Style Indicator© Personal Profile System (DiSC ), 360 Feedback instruments and other assessments and profiles. She often combines these assessments and profiles with various activity-based learning simulations to emphasize identified learning objectives.
